What Delivery Options Are Available?
We offer two delivery methods:
- Click and Collect: You can collect your order from your selected store.
- Door-to-Door Delivery: We deliver directly to your address using our nominated courier.
What Are The Delivery Fees?
Orders of R600 or more qualify for free delivery. For orders of R599 or less, a delivery fee of R149 applies.
How Long Does Delivery Take?
Delivery times are as follows:
- Cape Town and Pretoria: 3–5 working days
- Regional Areas: 3–7 working days
- Remote Areas: 3–10 working days

Can I Return Online Purchases?
If you are not happy with your purchase, you have up to 14 days to contact us for a refund. Orders may only be refunded to the payment method they were purchased on. Our delivery fee is non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Collection fees may apply. Promotional, free or bundled items that were part of a purchase must also be returned.
